Features

  • Precise Pearlite Control: Effectively ensures a 100% pearlitic matrix in gray iron, significantly improving the tensile strength and surface hardness of engine blocks, cylinder liners, and machine tool beds.

  • Rapid Dissolution: The high surface-area-to-volume ratio of the Hemispherical Granules ensures they melt and disperse instantly in the molten iron, preventing localized chemistry imbalances.

  • Convenient Dosing: The 25kg bag and small unit weights (granules/small bars) allow operators to perform precise manual dosing for small-to-medium ladle treatments.

  • Ultra-Low Impurities: The 99.923% purity level ensures that no harmful trace elements (like Lead or Bismuth) interfere with the graphite nodularity in ductile iron or cause embrittlement.
