Optimize Graphite Morphology in Grey Iron

Acts as a highly efficient sulfur raiser to stably increase the sulfur content in molten iron. The optimal sulfur-to-manganese ratio significantly improves graphite nucleation, enhancing the machinability and mechanical strength of castings. The actual addition rate can be flexibly adjusted based on your target grade and melting conditions.

Strict Chemistry & Low Moisture ( > 0.5% )

Delivers reliable and consistent chemistry (Typical: S 41.43% / Fe 40.2% / P 0.017%). Most importantly, moisture is strictly controlled under 0.5% significantly reduces the risk of gas porosity in castings. (Actual values are subject to the batch inspection report.)

 Applications

Grey Cast Iron (Primary)

Acts as a premium sulfur raiser. The addition amount and target sulfur level should be determined by the base iron composition, Mn/S ratio, inoculation method, and casting requirements.

Ductile Cast Iron (Base Iron Micro-adjustment)

For special processes using high-purity steel scrap heavily, it serves as a precision micro-adjustment agent for the base iron's sulfur content prior to magnesium treatment.
