Manganese reacts with sulfur to form stable manganese sulfides (MnS), reducing the risk of hot shortness and improving casting quality.
Controlled Chemical Composition
Controlled levels of carbon, silicon, sulfur, and other elements contribute to stable alloy performance and consistent metallurgical results.
Excellent Melting Performance
The 10–60 mm lump size (92% above 50 mm) promotes efficient charging, rapid melting, and uniform alloy distribution in induction and cupola furnaces.
