With a high aluminum content (75%), it serves as a superior thermal barrier and lubricating agent. When applied to molds or cores, it provides a smooth metallic interface that prevents metal-mold reactions, reduces surface defects, and ensures a clean release of the casting.

Features

  • Superior Surface Finish: The fine particle size (5-60um) ensures a dense, uniform coating on the mold surface, resulting in "mirror-like" or high-precision casting finishes.

  • Heat Resistance: Formulated to withstand the extreme temperatures of molten metal without premature evaporation or bubbling.

  • Anti-Vitreous Property: Effectively prevents the sand from fusing to the metal (anti-fusing), making the shake-out process much easier.

  • Excellent Adhesion: Bonds well to both sand molds and metal dies, providing a consistent protective layer
